BIIAB and the National Certificate For Personal License Holders

The British Institute Of Innkeepers Award Body (BIIAB) is the awarding body of the British Institute of Innkeepers which in turn is the professional organisation for those involved in the UK licensed retail industry. The BIIAB are responsible for awarding a large number of industry training qualifications ranging from the Professional Barpersons Qualification through to the Customer Service and Drinks Certificate. The BIIAB training courses are delivered through a large network of independent training centres throughout the UK.
